I've tried 4 CRMs in the past 3 years (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and a custom Airtable setup) and none of them feel right for the private lending broker workflow. Salesforce is overkill and expensive. HubSpot is better but not built for deal-based workflows. Pipedrive is close but missing key features. Airtable is flexible but requires too much setup. What are people using? Any mortgage/lending-specific CRMs worth looking at?
