Alicia, great question. Here's what I actually use:
1. ChatGPT (GPT-4): Writing LOIs, executive summaries, and borrower emails. Saves me 30-45 minutes per deal on documentation.
2. Otter.ai: Transcribes my borrower calls automatically. I review the transcript instead of taking notes.
3. Notion AI: Summarizes long lender guidelines into bullet points. Game changer for staying current on 20+ lender programs.
4. Zapier: Automates my CRM updates when deals move stages.
Not using AI for underwriting decisions — that's still human judgment. But for documentation and communication, it's transformed my workflow.

Notion AI for lender guidelines is underrated. I've been doing this for 6 months and it's saved me hours every week.

I use Claude for writing. Prefer it over ChatGPT for longer documents. More nuanced.

I tried AI for writing and it sounds like AI. Borrowers notice. I still write my own stuff.

Pete — fair point. I always edit heavily. The AI gives me a first draft, not a final draft. The editing is where the human voice comes in.
