Anyone using AI tools to help with deal analysis or borrower communication?

Ava, I've been using AI tools for about 8 months now. Actual use cases that work: 1. Drafting borrower update emails (saves 10-15 min per deal per week) 2. Summarizing long appraisal reports into a 1-page executive summary 3. Generating first drafts of deal narratives for lender submissions 4. Proofreading and improving my written communications What doesn't work: anything requiring current market data (AI knowledge cutoffs), anything requiring judgment about specific deals, and anything you'd stake your reputation on without reviewing carefully. Net: probably saves me 3-4 hours per week.

dope!! i use it for emails too. also for explaining loan terms to borrowers who don't understand the jargon. it's really good at simplifying complex stuff

I've been using it to analyze comps and write the narrative section of my deal packages. The lenders I work with have noticed the quality improvement in my submissions. One actually asked what changed — I told him I upgraded my process :)
