Results Acknowledgement & Disclaimer.

The Client/User/Participant acknowledges that individual results may vary based on background, education, and experience. The Client/User/Participant has based their decision to purchase on their own desire and not on any express or implied claims to achieve any specific results.

The Client/User/Participant acknowledges that success is dependent on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, attitude, persistence, individual skills, time availability, dedication, and full participation in all phases of the Program and that their personal success from this program will be a result of their own efforts. The Company is dedicated to helping Clients become successful in the Program, however, the success of the Program itself depends on the completion and implementation by the Client of the strategies taught in the Program. By engaging the services of the Company and under this Agreement, the Client affirms an intent and commitment to learn and implement these strategies. Additionally, the Client acknowledges that the Commercial Mortgage Accelerator program offered by the Company is a training institute and is not offering a business opportunity or franchise, and is not ascertaining the suitability of this Program for the Client.

Testimonial Disclaimer.

The Client/User/Participant Acknowledges that any and all testimonials used in the promotion of the Commercial Mortgage Accelerator program represent the unique experience of the participants and customers submitting the testimonial and do not necessarily reflect the experience that any individual may have using the services or products offered by the Company. As set forth in this agreement, individual results will vary depending upon a variety of factors unique to and beyond the Company’s control.
